Travel and accommodation arrangements will be made by a contractor on behalf of the European Commission for specific categories of participants only. If you are eligible for coverage, the contractor will contact you to make arrangements as soon as your registration is approved by the Commission. If you are not entitled for coverage, travel and accommodation will be at your own charge.

Travel costs and, 1, 2, or 3 nights’ accommodation in a hotel with breakfast will be covered by the European Commission.
If you choose to arrange your own trip and hotel reservation, these costs will NOT be reimbursed retroactively and will be borne by you.
If you wish to stay in a double room or to stay extra nights, you will have to cover the extra costs. Furthermore, the contractor will not be responsible for booking any extra night for you.
